Black bar detection makes library scans extremely wasteful and painfully slow #17

When I enable BB detection every file takes a few seconds to check. That alone isn't a problem, but if the file doesn't end up in the task queue then the result seemingly isn't saved anywhere, so these files will be re-checked everytime I do a library scan.

Idk what the right solution would be, but as it works right now perodic library scans are pretty much unusable for me if I have BB detection enabled. It takes my NAS several hours every time, with close to max CPU usage.

Maybe the results should be saved somewhere, so it doesn't re-check the same files again and again.
