Why was verison 0.3.0b1 retired from PyPI?

I've used the develop branch to build dnp3-python for Python 3.11 and found out the built package has the same version as the retired one.

So, I was wondering why was it retired? What didn't work?

@diegonc we just noticed that our build is not incrementing the build number properly. This is an error on our part. The releases on github do have the assets as well as on pypi. I will work on getting this error fixed up soon and try and get a real release out with some changes to the dnp3demo outstation as soon as I can.
