SelectFailedButton / SelectFailedButtonClick are declared in DUNitX.Loggers.GUIX.pas but not in DUNitX.Loggers.GUIX.fmx

This raises an error in Delphi when you close the unit.

By the way, why is the FMX interface so different than the VCL interface? We are moving our projects from VCL to FireMonkey and the FMX interface is less user-friendly than the VCL interface.

the VCL and FMX code were contributions from others - I didn't write them. I don't use the gui's - I use the console or TestInsight in the IDE.

Happy to take a PR with a fix - but bear in mind that the code is supposed to support many versions of Delphi, so avoid using anything new - if possible don't even edit the fmx file in the IDE - use notepad etc.
