`factor` or `as_factor` and `fct_recode`

I need to decide if it makes more sense to introduce `factor` (in Ch. 11) or continue to use `as_factor` and `fct_recode` as illustrated already in previous chapters. The `factor` command is a one-stop, but with slightly more complicated syntax, and not part of the `tidyverse`.
