Add Verify.Rebus (snapshot testing helpers for Rebus)

It would be great to have Verify support for Rebus, similar to existing integrations like Verify.MassTransit, Verify.NServiceBus, and Verify.Wolverine.

Why Rebus?
Rebus is a popular lightweight messaging library for .NET, often used in testable, in-memory setups. Verify integration would bring consistent snapshot testing for messages, headers, and sagas across all major message buses.

Proposed scope

• Snapshot support for Rebus messages, headers, and saga state
• Default scrubbing for volatile values (IDs, timestamps, correlation IDs)
• Helpers like UseRebusDefaults() or ScrubRebus() mirroring other Verify.* packages

@SimonCropp Not at the moment — I don’t have time to dig into Verify’s conventions. But Verify.Rebus would be great to have, since Rebus is a popular .NET messaging library. Hope you can build it!
