If installing the latest JAX version through pip (commonly ahead of conda), you may run into the following: "jax.errors.JaxRuntimeError: INTERNAL: Failed to capture gpu graph: an unsupported value or parameter was passed to the function". The error may not appear on simpler examples but appeared on a basic example in cardiax. This was solved with running "unset LD_LIBRARY_PATH" because this path was overriding the pip wheels just installed. |
