[SSO Error] is_active column in users table

Hello,

I tried to setup SSO but whenever Authentik allows me through it prints the shown error logs. Im using PostgreSQL as main DB (not using SQLite). Any suggestions on handling it?

2026/05/08 12:41:35 ERRO failed to find/create user component=sso error="failed to create user: pq: column "is_active" is of type boolean but expression is of type integer"

Similar thing is happening for "requires_password_reset" column in Users. I can provide more details if you need.

Maybe there is some conversion problem with these columns from SQLite syntax and PostgreSQL sytnax regarding boolean.

Hey, thanks for reporting this one!

Its exactly what you described, a drift issue from numeric -> boolean columns from sqlite to postgres (postgres does not tolerate it the way sqlite does). I will add a release shortly that fixes this

Hey @blakkreaper - I finally pushed the new release, there was a lot of migration errors to fix. So hopefully we now got all of them :)
