Although there is a deprecated field in runtime-keys.json, this field isn't reflected in any way in the generated TR, even though the text does talk about deprecation. Given #35, it would make sense to include this information in the December version of the report.
We might want to keep the existing table for non-deprecated runtimes, and add another one for the deprecated ones.
