What are you reporting?
I think there is a typo error in the heading "WordPress Blocks." in the 3rd character ("hood") of 3rd line. I should be "Hook".

I think the text is correct as is. It says: "Under the hood, blocks are made up of a combination of an HTML comment with a specific format that defines the block, and if required, HTML entities to represent the block content." Under the hood = Behind the scenes.
