LBP3 PS4 → LBP3 PS3 converter

I have a question-idea:
Is it possible to make something like a converter into which you load a backup of a level from LBP3 PS4, and at the output you get the same level, but in a form that can be read by PS3? After all, a huge number of levels in the archive were made in LBP3 PS4, and are downloaded in format for PS3. So it turns out this is possible? Thank you
