Feature Request: Add option to configure long paths on checkout

For whatever reason, the GitHub hosted runner images [don't have long paths enabled by default](https://github.com/actions/runner-images/issues/4913), and it'd be great to be able to configure this as an option when checking out a specific repository:


```yaml
- uses: actions/checkout@v6
  with:
    longpaths: true
```
