Thank you for raising this issue and for providing detailed context. I wanted to highlight that the fix for the handling of only-issue-types (see PR #1298) was merged into the main branch on October 31st. However, a new release has not been published since then, so the enhancement is not yet available in the published version of the action. Once a new release is made, this functionality will become available and should resolve the issue you’re experiencing.
