Is there a way to add constant site information to separate data partitions?

I am aware of the following code snippet to insert constant site information into a datafile comprising only variant sites:
<data id="alignment" spec="FilteredAlignment" filter="-" data="@original-alignment" constantSiteWeights="500 200 300 100"/>
But this does not work if your alignment has already been filtered into partitions. Is there a way to add constant site information to separate partitions?
