After upgrading AntDesign.ProLayout to 1.4.0 and AntDesign.Extensions.Localization to 1.4.3, I made no changes to any other parts., the tab display issue has never occurred. However, today I happened to notice a problem. When I opened four tab pages and then closed the first tab (the one on the far left), the main page was left with three tabs, but it didn't navigate to any of the remaining three tabs. At this point, when I click on the first page on the left, the page will correctly navigate to the corresponding page. However, when I click on the second page, the page is not correctly navigated and still shows the page that was just navigated to. Similarly, when I click on other pages one by one, the pages are still not navigated and remain showing the page that was first navigated to. In order to reproduce this issue, I restarted the project and opened more tab pages. I closed the first one and then clicked the first tab on the left to display the page. However, the page was not correctly navigated. Instead, it displayed the page that was just closed. Then, I clicked the second, third, and fourth pages one by one. None of the pages were correctly navigated; they still displayed the page that was closed. This is quite strange. @ElderJames

The first picture below is a screenshot of me having opened four tabs with different contents. The second picture shows the problem I encountered. The top part of this screenshot shows the situation when I closed the tab on the far left. There are no open tabs at this moment. At this point, when I clicked on the first tab, the page loaded the navigation， However, the loaded navigation is incorrect. I continued to click on the next two tabs, but the pages loaded were still incorrect, and all three pages were the same. In the third picture, I clicked the "Refresh" button at the top. The page was reloaded and at this point, everything was displayed normally. :)
