Currently to build in parallel you have to explicitly define -T ... What about just doing that by default in Maven 4?

I think it's a good idea to do this in Maven 4 by default. Would need a documentation update ofc to reflect that.

Before activating parallel building by default, I think we should fix the verbose output, as it's just completely useless in multithreaded build, even more when using the concurrent builder.
