Should we disable blank issue template?

As now we support Feature, Bug and Task issue templates, it is ideal to have issues to select one of the types for better categorizations and automatons.

Another category of issues are possibly "questions", where one wants to ask the community about something, it is not a confirmed issue, feature request, or a specific task. For those, it's better to post in discussion.

For the few suggested changes, I suggest we have an internal discussion and report the plan here.

I want to use this opportunity to test out discussion feature as well. This is a quite open question, we don't need to keep the discussion internal?

We want to fully understand these new templates and how they affect our project. A real-time discussion is more efficient. I am OK if we want to continue the discussion here.

for non-urgent discussions (such as this one), let's try to do it asynchronously ;) real-time discussion has a high cost.
