failing License and Thanks checks but valid links exist

Per https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-2528 we (Fineract) have failing whimsy checks for "License" and "Thanks". Those links exist

and they seem correct, but maybe the markup is confusing whimsy?
