This could include things like:

• The structure of the compiler (especially the different passes and backends)
• The structure of the standard library
• How to properly format titles of issues and PRS as well as commit messages
• Code-style guidelines (no EOF blank line, when to put spaces before operators, ...)
• ...

Hey! Nice to hear that you want to make it easier for people to contribute to ASPL. A short forking, branching, PR workflow description might be useful, although I wouldn't make it too detailed, as this is something you can simply look up online. Regarding your second point (proper titles), this is already laid out here: https://github.com/aspl-lang/aspl/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#issuepr-titles-and-commit-messages

I don't think assigning you to this issue is necessary, as it's a kind of open-ended one, if you get what I mean. Feel free to just fork and open a PR.
