Webapp satellite image does not always refresh to the AOI

When we change the AOI from the dropdown menu, the satellite image either does not update or updates to the wrong region.
The expected behavior is for the satellite image to show the bounding box of the AOI selected from the dropdown menu.

This seems to be fixed for now. Will keep an eye on the behavior
