How could I list custom lexicon records over the network?

Hi, I'm trying to build a simple function which would use bluesky server to fetch all records of "community.lexicon.calendar.event". I'm still new to ATproto and I'm roaming since a long time to figure how to do that... Any idea about how to do it with your API?

Hi! I believe the challenge you are facing is related to how AT Protocol's repository system works.

As far as I know, com.atproto.repo.listRecords only allows you to fetch records from a specific repository (identified by DID or handle). This means you need to know which user's repository contains the "community.lexicon.calendar.event" records you are looking for.

There is not a built-in API that allows you to search across all repositories on the network for records of a specific custom lexicon type. The AT Protocol is designed with user data sovereignty in mind, where each user's data lives in their own repository.

For real-time monitoring of new records as they are created, you could use the Firehose (com.atproto.sync.subscribeRepos) to listen for new "community.lexicon.calendar.event" records being published across the network.
