STT: Java Speech Plugin Issue

Description:

Speech to Text is failing using Worklight Kitchensink Sample App v3.07 when attempting to make a STT call.

The following error is thrown when request is made:

Actual:

STT fails using WL v3.07 when making TTS call

Expected:

WL KS v3.07 Sample to work properly sending STT calls

Repro:

1. Launch WL KitchenSink v3.07
2. Open STT Sample
3. Make a STT call
4. Notice error is thrown. See above image
