Before seeing your monkey patch, I was already thinking about something like that. Not sure if there's a way to access a resource instance there since we're just using a class method to define the URL. I'll take a look and get back to you with more feedback.

@pjmuller I didn't fully understand the issue.

Is the problem that the params are being kept when switching between scopes?
Or is your feature request to be able to add extra params alongside the kept ones for each scope individually?
Or to have full control over all params for each scope?
