I somehow got it to work on windows and android(Meta Quest 2).

I found some audio issue at com.unity.webrtc@2.4.0-exp.10, and it seems to be fixed in com.unity.webrtc@3.0.0-pre.1.
There is an issue with no audio when someone later joins the room.
