Issue 177 in the community repo highlights a lack of sample ADOT Collector custom resource manifest for use with the ADOT Operator. There does exist examples that deploy the ADOT Collector directly, for CloudWatch Container Insights, but none for deployments of the Collector custom resource, as defined in the Custom Resource Definition the ADOT Operator provides.
