Amazon Q within Eclipse, refresh issue #504

@xRoyQ

Description

@xRoyQ

Issue Summary:
When using Amazon Q within Eclipse, pressing the F5 key causes the entire interface to turn white. After this occurs, no further interaction is possible—mouse clicks, keyboard input, and window switching all become unresponsive. The only way to recover is to forcibly restart Eclipse.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Eclipse and open the Amazon Q interface
2. Press the F5 key
3. The screen turns completely white
4. All operations become unresponsive
5. Restarting Eclipse is required to restore functionality

Expected Behavior:
Pressing F5 should trigger its intended action (e.g., refresh or execute) without causing the UI to freeze or become unusable.

Environment Details:
Eclipse version: 2025-06 (4.36)
Amazon Q plugin version: 2.4.0.202508131831
Operating system: Windows 11
