[IDEA] Government Service Journeys

Hi! I think we could make the Services section more powerful by introducing the concept of Journeys (inspired by roadmap.sh).

Journeys would work like roadmaps or flowcharts that guide users through an end-to-end process involving multiple government services. So instead of viewing services in isolation, users could follow a clear, step-by-step path toward achieving a specific goal.

For example:

• Pre-Employment Journey: A step by step guide that helps users to complete all required IDs and clearances for employment
• Business Registration Journey: A step by step guide that helps users to fully register their business

Other use cases could be journeys for Travelling, Government Jobs, Transportation, Housing, and etc

Impact

1. Improves User Experience
2. Makes it easier for users to navigate government services for a particular use case.

I like the idea of adding something like this. There is already an existing document for each office's processes which is called "citizen charter". However, we need to keep in mind that not all people can understand how flowcharts work (especially as complex as the ones in roadmap.sh).

For better UX, we need to find a better way to show these kind of processes. Just like how we explain to a non-technical person by using layman's term.
