Summary

As a developer for bettergov I would like to build a chat module that would load on all bettergov subdomains.

This module will be loaded as a global module after DomContentLoaded. Then the user can click the support icon to show the support form to add the support text and body. Once submitted the form will be hidden and show a confirmation message. Finally, the user can close the form to submit another request.
