SSR for generating SEO-friendly pages

Hi everyone, I recently found out that our pages do not have h1 and h2 tags generated because the app is served as a single page app.

Based on the SEO Action Items Guidelines for On-Page SEO & Content we need to have the following:

• Each page should have exactly one H1 that corresponds to the main topic / keyword.
• Use H2 / H3 to structure content — include relevant keywords or semantically related terms.
• Avoid skipping levels or overstuffing headers.

Problem: The app is a single page app that builds dom elements during run-time
Solution: Set-up server-side rendering via vite.

Solution 1: Set-up server-side rendering via vite.

1. Add dev server: see server.js
2. Implement server entry component: see entry-server.js
3. Create prerender script: see prerender.js.
4. Add --ssrManifest to all build scripts
5. Read manifest, get all known paths, get template and replace html in build-time
