Can you please add a release tag #2

Can you please add a release tag to the sparseDOSSA repo? I need it to create a conda package from the repo url (eg., with conda skeleton cran git@github.com:biobakery/sparseDOSSA.git). I can then easily install and manage sparseDOSSA in various conda environments, which greatly helps improve bioinformatic analysis transparency and reproducibility.
