Make classifier scale insensitive

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
As a user, instead of  the solution to insert my own z-score parameters easily if the parameters are scale sensitive (which is currently implemented), I want to have a classifier that is scale insensitive.

The solution should be a retrained scale insensitive classifier.
