feature request: Versions filter in rules list

For every https://biomejs.dev/linter/*/rules/, it would be great if we could filter by Biome version when the rule was introduced. like : =version, <=version, >version.

I know we can see new coming rules in each changelogs, but being able to filters by versions would be great in case you are upgrading from lets say 2.4.18 to 2.6.2 as eg, you could filters to see all new rules introduced after 2.4.18.

That would be a nice functionality, however you need to consider:

• all pages are static, so we can't accept any URL parameters
• we want to avoid dynamic pages because we don't know their impact on our hosting credits

This means that this feature could only work client side with some sprinkle of JavaScript. PRs are welcome
