Enable mod_deflate for adding compression support

Hi

I would like to use mod_deflate to add compression support on my local server, but the module seems to be disabled here: https://github.com/birdofpreyru/react-native-static-server

Would it be possible to enable it, or does it require any extra modifications to add compression support? 🙂

Yes, it requires some modifications to allow to optionally include the module into the build (similar to how mod_webdav inclusion is handled) + not sure, if mod_deflate will just compile, or if it has any dependencies that will require further updates in the build configuration.
