Import calendar via streaming (OOM)

Description

Please synchronize the calendar via streaming so that even large calendars can be imported.

Unfortunately we do use CalendarBuilder, so it won't be as easy as it might first think. However, I agree that it should be considered.

Also should probably be implemented in https://github.com/bitfireAT/ical4android/. So this must be done after migrating everything to cpaccess
