Could RpcClient(config) support retry and timeout

If we want to use this library on for remote RPC, timeout and retry are must-have feature.
Will RpcClient(config) support retry and timeout in the future?

@carpemer FYI This repository is no longer active. If you want such features you'd have to find them elsewhere or build them on your own.
