docs: banner every wiki page with its address on the new site Home and the sidebar carried the redirect, but the 27 content pages did not — so anyone arriving on a deep link (/wiki/Utilities, and every search result and forum post pointing at one) read the frozen copy with no indication that it was frozen, under a plugin name that no longer exists. Each page now opens with a one-line pointer to its own counterpart on the new site. Page names map 1:1 to the MkDocs filenames, so the target is the file stem; '?' is percent-encoded, since a literal one would start a query string, while '&' resolves as-is. Both forms verified against the live site. The content stays below the banner rather than being deleted: it is a frozen archive, and a reader who followed an old anchor can still find what they came for while being told where the current version lives.
