install kwayland-integration on phone

This will make auto-turn-of-screen-after-X-seconds work.. but installing kwayland-integration breaks top panel so that needs to be resolved first.

what is this, "kwayland-integration"?

kwayland-integration is one of dependency of plasma-wayland, which is required for e.g idletime and various kwindowsystem related functionalities.. but however since it breaks top panel we are not installing on phone.

This has been fixed in recent git master of plasma-phone-components, and needs shipping.
