Interpret the part of the message that represents the icon and display icons consistent with the standard

Added decodeIcon function, but actualy managed only Red and Black L icons

I think that is necessary to decocode char that identify simbols.
For example the file "icon-#-24-24.png" is not served by the server, # is 35 in decimal or 23 in hexadecimal.

The new format file name can be: icon-35-24-24.png
