Description

Add the ability to turn off new instance notification emails by default, or provide an option to disable them when creating instances via the website.

Details

Currently, when creating new instances through the website, notification emails are sent automatically. Users should have the option to opt out of these emails either:

• By having them disabled by default globally
• By providing a toggle/checkbox during the instance creation process on the website

would be nice if the new instance emails could be turned off by default, or offering an option to turn them off when creating instances via the website

Leaving this open until we have something in place we want to support long term. But in the interim, you can run in the repl:

defaults write dev.exe new-vm-email false
