In installer, user has to specify exact version of package which he wants to install:
$ pakket install perl/AnyEvent=7.13:1
This is not convenient. User have to know that last version number and in case of updates via cronjob, manually change versions in the list of packages.
Allow users to install latest version of package without knowledge about its number:
$ pakket install perl/AnyEvent
