FE: Nav + codegen + end-to-end verification

Context

Part of the Bounty Operate to Payout milestone (v1 boundless). Wires entry points and runs end-to-end verification of the full organizer completion loop.

Tasks

• Link the management dashboard from the org bounty list (Configure FE: Bounty routes + organization bounty list page #597) and add any manage CTAs.
• Run npm run codegen after the backend gap endpoints land (submissions review, operate reads, wrap, disputes).
• End-to-end verification (testnet), for each of the six modes:
  • publish -> (participants apply/join/claim + submit) -> review applications (shortlist/select) -> review submissions -> select winners -> payout settles -> bounty COMPLETED -> publish results/announce.
  • cancel/refund path; dispute open + resolve path.
  • single-winner and multi-winner (competition, 1-3 tiers) payouts.

Acceptance criteria

• Full organizer host -> run -> pay -> wrap loop works on testnet across all six modes; cancel + dispute paths verified.

• All other issues in this milestone + the Configure + Builder flows.
