labeling errors on CANlab_combined_atlas_object_2018_2mm.mat

Labeling errors were found on CANlab_combined_atlas_object_2018_2mm.mat. In modeling_labeling_descriptions, cortex_visual_central and cortex_visual_peripherial are inverted, and need to be modified. I attached a fixed atlas that I modified.
