[az] Instance info leaves container in GUI

Describe the bug
Header and content on instances page leaves the bounds of it's container

To Reproduce

1. Go to instance page
2. Resize window or move headers

Expected behavior
The contents do not leave the bounds (see previous Multipass versions)

• OS: WIndows 11 Pro
• CPU architecture or model: x86_64
• multipass version: availability-zones branch
• multipass get local.driver: Hyper-V
