Include column sorting option in URL

To be able to quickly look at a particular tool, it would be good if the sorting request of a particular column would show up in the URL.

Say, I'd like to generate a sorted list of Verible, red-to-green. Clicking on the arrow would change the sorting, but also change the URL to contain the necessary parameter to copy it and re-create later
