What versions & operating system are you using?

Many subscribers and various websites are experiencing issues when using human detection. We tested this with Google Chrome and Firefox, and the problem occurs with Google Chrome—even on networks that do not belong to us. Could you help us? Our subscribers are complaining a lot.
