Dear Cloudflare Trust & Safety Team,

I am urgently requesting your attention regarding my domain synasworld.com and my previous report #23155341.

It has now been almost two months since I first reported the unauthorized transfer of my domain. The domain was previously registered and managed under my Cloudflare account, and I personally renewed it. My Cloudflare account was compromised, and my domain was transferred without my authorization.

I have already provided Cloudflare with all requested documentation and evidence, including my signed authorization form, government-issued identification, and proof of ownership. I have fully cooperated with the investigation and responded to every request from Cloudflare.

Despite this, my domain has still not been recovered. The domain remains under unauthorized control, and I am seriously concerned that it is being misused. This is damaging my business and the reputation of my website, and I have already received complaints from customers.

This is not simply a phishing-content complaint. This is an unauthorized domain transfer and domain ownership/recovery issue.

I respectfully request that Cloudflare review my previous Report #23155341, escalate this matter to the appropriate team, and take urgent action to prevent further misuse of my domain.

I am the legitimate owner of synasworld.com and can provide any additional evidence required to verify my ownership.

Please urgently review this matter and let me know what is required to restore my domain. I would also appreciate a clear update regarding the current status of my recovery case.
