[FEATURE] UI: consider proxy routing policies at replication creation

Description

#179 describes the configuration of the routing policies. Based on the configuration, the situation for adding the replication may appear different. E.g. the routing policy may change the default storage.

If there are one or more routing policies configured, they'll have to be considered by the wizard to create replications.

Currently the idea for the issue is the following:

• Do not have any validations on the wizard. We may still check the selected destination storage is not equal to the source storage.
• Do not close the wizard in case of an error to give the user the option to re-configure
