Support for Spring Boot 4.0

Spring Boot is releasing their next generational release is coming out. Is there a timeline on when this can be validated against 4.0 or updated for a 4.0 release?

Specifically there are some changes with the RestTemplate/RestClient/WebClient as well as dependency changes as well as the SpringTest environment.
