Do we still need _src/_data.json

I can't tell that we use that file for anything. Does anybody know what it's for?

I think its the main title and description file used in the various jade files. I know I saw references to it from the budget-tree visualization.

Just for fun I deleted it and I got a huge error. I'm going to see if I can just hardcode all the titles so we don't have to have this weird json file for what seems could be done in the html.
