This epic is a community collaboration for adding support or running CQL-based Measures using the SQL on FHIR specification, as opposed to a CQL engine. When complete, the user will be able to take their existing CQL library content, generate SQL queries with a new area of CQL Studio, run them via the UI against the relational database under pending the bundled FHIR server, automatically generate MeasureReports, save them to the FHIR data server using normal FHIR API calls, and view the MeasureReports within the UI.
This will require the inclusion of a new ELM-to-SQL-on-FHIR library to do in-browser transpilation, as well as architectural accommodations to be able to run SQL via CQL Studio through CQL Studio Server.
