Improvement/Add more helpers for the notification go templates

Similarly to the helpers we have in `expr`, we should have go template helpers to remove (or reduce) the requirement of iterating over a lot of different slices/maps.

A good target would be to implement the equivalent of all alerts/events/source specific helpers.
